This was an unbelievably hot and a sexy quick read. I loved Kelsey and Micah. They had a very interesting start to their relationship. Robin Covington has written an amazing story.
Kelsey is the the Junior Concierge at Masquerade hotel. She is up for a management program that can land her the position of a lifetime. While working for a Romance convention she is thrown two curve-balls: she gets to work with Micah, a famous romance author who she loves and the chance to get into the management program if she sets up an ultimate fan package. Kelsey is witty, smart and sweet. I loved how she went on the edge of danger as for as her job.
Micah is well known romance author. He wants to write more than romance novels, but his publishing company wants more romance and nothing else. I enjoyed Micah because even though he wrote these profound romance novels that made women drool he only ever been in love once. I loved how bold and confident he was in trying to get intimate with Kelsey. He was willing to just have a fling if only to have some time with her. Micah was pretty awesome.
The romance between the two of them was interesting because it started off as forbidden fling. Being that Kelsey worked for the hotel she wasn't allowed to date guests, but being that Micah was persistent and confident she agreed to keep on the low. I love how they were attracted to each other and how well they melted together as one. Not to mention the few sex scenes were fantastic as well.
Such a pretty great read. Totally worth the read.
