My Rating:

My Thoughts:
If you're not one for dark bdsm novels then this is not for you. I on the other hand enjoy them. This is my first book from Jessica Ingro and I was blown away by it. The story, though short, had sch good promise. I really hope there is more to it.

Chloe always wanted one thing in life. To be loved, cared for and dominated. She's one of those women that loves to be dominated by a man. She enjoys being a sex slave because it gives her a sense of love. She has moved across the country to be a sex slave to a man for five years. She thinks she has found the man of her dreams. Her ideal dom, but things quickly get out of hand and tumble downhill for her. Chloe is a strong woman. She knows what she wants out of life and tries hard to get it at any cost. She dealt with such harsh treatment from such a foul man, but I love that she was extremely naive. She wanted out when she knew it was a matter of life and death.

Eduardo was Chloe's new dom. Her master for the next five years. He seemed like a sweet lovable man, but that veil quickly faded and the truth was revealed. Eduardo is a sadistic man. He was cruel, cold-hearted, abusive and a liar. He had many other slaves aside from Chloe. He degraded Chloe in front of many of his friends and used her body to his own advantage -- even to get paid. He disgusted me when the abuse started as well. I couldn't believe how evil he truly was.
Matteo, who is Eduardo's nephew, comes into play on a night that Chloe is bought out to play for Eduardo's friends. Off the start when he is described in the book I knew he would become a savior of sorts for Chloe. He was intense and dominating, but he never let that power engulf his humanity. He was tender, loving, caring and considerate. Matteo was the perfect man for Chloe. Everything she wanted in a relationship. I love how he did everything in his being to protect her.

The romance was interesting from start to finish. I was gripped by Chloe's view of love and sex and then her meeting Eduardo and then Matteo and then falling in love. It was all insane. I loved it all. The whole sex slave aspect was actually awesome. Jessica Ingro managed to get both the bad and the good of a dom-sub relationship. Loved it !

That ending was beautiful!!! I would love to see a sequel involving what took place in the four years after Matteo and Chloe got away. I definitely want more of them!!!!
