Beautiful Stranger is a perfect follow up to the Beautiful Bastard. I loved seeing the reappearance of Bennett and Chloe.
Sara Dillion has recently moved to NY after leaving her cheating, lying ex Andy. Sara is used to doing what's expected of her. She was in a "comfortable" relationship and never felt satisfied. I liked that she went to NY with an open mind and was ready to explore her wild side. There were times I thought she was downright crazy, but as the story progressed I just loved her boldness. It all helped to become a woman that does what she wants.
Max Stella is a ladies man, a player of sorts -- or so the media paints him as. I loved Max because there was more to him that was piled inside of a magazine. He was a man with a heart, but never found that right girl which I can't fault him on. I did love his forwardness with Sara and how open he was to commitments, love and relationships. Max was superb in how he acted, his observations, his work ethic and being a man of "honor" when it came to respecting woman.
The romance between the two was definitely funny and realistic. I loved how they instantly connected with one another. I loved watching Sara try to keep her distance even though she knew she was falling for him. There relationship wasn't forced even though it was quick. I liked how they got to know each other. The sex between them was intense and amazing. Love them just as much as I love Bennett and Chloe.
Great, quick, erotic romance. Definitely recommend your series.
